DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RESOURCES

Casa Marion Logo.png

When you call CASA’s 24-hour domestic violence hotline, an advocate can help you evaluate the danger that exists in your relationship and help you prepare a safety plan to address your immediate need. It can be difficult to realize the danger because you’ve coped so well for so long.

However, it’s important to call as soon as you suspect abuse so you can come up with a safety plan and reduce the abuser’s opportunity to hurt you and your family.

(Note: If you are calling on behalf of a friend who may be a survivor, we encourage you to call when you first suspect danger. The sooner a safety plan can be put in place the better!). Reach CASA at 352-722-CASA (2272)

If you encounter an emergency situation and require immediate assistance, please dial 911.

If you or someone you are aware of is grappling with suicidal thoughts, dial 988 to connect with the 988 Lifeline.
